Initial Adult Visit (75 mins) from $190 to $210; Initial Pediatric visit (60 mins) from $120 to $150; 60 minute follow up from $130 to $150; 45 minute follow up from $110 to $130; 30 minute follow up from $85 to $100; 15 minute follow up from $55 to $60

Dr. Ariana Candaras ND graduated from the University of Guelph earning her BSc. in Biological Science and went on to complete her Doctor of Naturopathy degree at the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM). She is now serving the greater Hamilton area.

Ariana runs a general practice, and welcomes anyone looking to make positive changes to their health and wellbeing, from younger children to older adults. She takes a special interest in mental health, stress management, hormonal imbalance, digestive issues and skin conditions. Specific conditions include, but are not limited to:

- Anxiety, Depression, mood disorders

- Acne, eczema, psoriasis, rashes and hives

- Menstrual concerns, from menarche to menopause

- Gas, bloating, food intolerances, IBS and IBD

- Pediatric care

Recently, Ariana has been increasing her knowledge base in Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture, and incorporating more of these principles into her treatment plans. 

Investigating the root cause, as well as mental-emotional connections to imbalances and disease patterns is of utmost importance and cannot be overlooked.

Ariana strives to make better health attainable, simple, and sustainable for all patients who walk through her door. She advocates for maintaining a balanced lifestyle and making health a priority in order to bring focus back to living a more enjoyable and meaningful life.

Naturopathic medicine is a philosophy. Ariana practices it herself through maintaining an active, social and environmentally conscious lifestyle. She wants her patients to wholly thrive with what naturopathic medicine has to offer.

You may find Ariana frequenting local restaurants, yoga studios or parks with her toddler. Ariana also enjoys sewing and upcycling, painting and working on her production garden.
