Counselling
Through a form of talk therapy, our counsellors support individuals and families in exploring patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviours that may not be serving them any longer. They foster and provide a confidential and safe healing space while working with you to create new ways of coping that align with your goals and values.
Our facility offers both in person and virtual counselling services for adults, youth, children and caregivers. We know how important it is to make a connection with the person who will become your therapists. We invite you to book yourself, child or family in for a 15 minute meet & greet, at no cost to you, with the counsellor of your choice to discover if their approach is the best fit or match for you. Our counsellors look forward to meeting you, and building a therapeutic relationship that is grounded in care, validation and exploration.
