Our Registered Dietitian will work with you to provide food and nutrition guidance that is right for you and your family. At your appointment, your dietitian will take a thorough history and listen to your concerns and goals. We understand that making changes to your eating habits and nutritional health is not easy! Our priority is to set you up for success with a realistic plan that accounts for your personal preferences and any challenges you face, such as health conditions, budget, time-constraints and food skills.

Registered Dietitians are regulated health professionals who are passionate about food and the science behind it.  The title 'Registered Dietitian' is protected in Ontario and can only be used by practitioners who belong to the College of Dietitians of Ontario. This college exists to ensure you receive the most credible food and nutrition information from professionals who are held to the highest standards for education and ethics. Registered Dietitians use the most up-to-date science and translate it into practical guidance to help you and your family reach your health and nutrition goals.
