Most people think of getting a massage once they’re sore or achey, from sitting too long at their computers, crouching too long in the garden doing yard work, or throwing their back out walking the dog or shovelling snow. However, one of the best kept secrets is that Massage Therapy is a preventative medicine, so that these aches and pains never come!

After your treatment, your therapist can give you remedial exercises to do at home if you so wish, these will help maintain the benefits of the massage between treatments.

We at Mulberry Wellness are looking forward to becoming part of your health care team!
